Resilience is more central to our well-being than ever before. And the need to increase our capacity for resilience and adopt behaviors that boost our resilience continues to increase.


I was recently interviewed by Dr. Lori Hops, a very heart-centered colleague in the Energy Psychology world, for her podcast series: "Healing Tips from the Heart" on this topic.
